What you may do with the content
Read it, print it, and share it. If you are a Rotary club or district and want to reuse our project write-ups for your own planning, do — a note to say so is welcome but not required.
What you may not do is present our material as your own, or use it commercially without asking.
Rotary’s trademarks
Rotary, Rotary International, the Rotary Emblem, Rotaract and Interact are trademarks of Rotary International, used here with permission as a member club. Nothing on this site gives you permission to use them. If you need Rotary artwork, it comes from the Rotary Brand Center and from nowhere else.
Accuracy
We try to keep event details, meeting times and project information correct and current. Things change, and sometimes a page is out of date before we notice. If an event matters to you, confirm it with us before travelling.
Links to other sites
We link to rotary.org, to District 3150, to Google Forms and to social media. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
Event registration
Registering through this site reserves you a place. Where an event carries a charge, registration is not payment — the charge is settled with the club as stated on the event page. We may close registration when an event is full.
Membership
Sending a membership enquiry does not make you a member and is not an application. Rotary membership follows a proposal by an existing member and a decision of the club board, as described on the Join the Club page.
Member accounts
If you have a sign-in for this site, keep the password to yourself and tell the secretary if you think somebody else has it. Member contact details on this site are confidential and are provided for club purposes only — not for marketing, and not for passing on.
Getting something taken down
If something on this site is wrong, out of date, or about you and should not be here, write to us. We would far rather fix it than argue about it.
