1. Improving Internal Governance & Club Functioning
Strengthening internal governance, coordination and functioning as one team, as suggested by Rtn. Sarvotham garu.
2. Palliative Care Training Proposal
Progress on the proposal submitted by Ms. Lakshmi Rao, wife of Rtn. S. B. Rao, regarding palliative care trainees.
3. Financial Position of the Club
Review of the club’s financial position and updated accounts statement.
* Statement and status to be presented by Treasurer
* Status of issuing receipts
4. Accounts Statement – Ratification
Presentation of the accounts statement submitted by Rtn. Dr. Rosy Gundra and ratification, subject to approval.
5. Proposals by Members
6. Donation to Karthikeya Foundation
Consideration of support towards one month’s provisions bill of the Karthikeya Foundation.
7. Club WhatsApp / Communication Group
Review and deletion of names of non-Rotarians from the group.
8. Add a Page for each club member on our website
9. Inauguration of school project initiated by Dr. Pandith near Nizamabad
10. Distribution of bags at government school in Konaipalle village on Oct 5, 2026
11. Any other point as decided by the members.
